HOUSTON – Morgan Group has opened its first units at Pearl Rosemont at 2727 Albany St.
The new apartment building has nine floors of units over four stories of parking.
The building will ultimately have 298 apartments, including 184 one-bedroom units, 64 two-bedroom units, 45 studio units and five three-bedroom units, the latter of which are all on the penthouse level. Units will range from 571 to 2,375 sf.
Amenities include a clubroom with a living room, library, den, coffee bar, sky lounge equipped with conference rooms, catering kitchen, lounge, outdoor living area, double fireplace, and wraparound balcony with views of downtown.
Rents at Pearl Rosemont start at $1,640 for studio units and go up to $4,100 for the largest two-bedroom floor plans. The building’s three-bedroom penthouse floor plans range from $5,800 to $8,700.
The 13-story building’s remaining units will be delivered over the next four months.
