HOUSTON – NewQuest Residential has broken ground on its first multifamily project in The Grand at Aliana, a mixed-use development at the Grand Parkway and West Airport Blvd.
Groundwork for the $62 million, 294-unit apartment complex has been completed. Vertical construction is slated to begin in late September.
It will consist of 11 two- and three-story buildings along with a clubhouse and leasing center on 11 acres.
Units will range from studios to three bedrooms between 594 and 1,482 sf. Some units will have attached garages.
Amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool, gym, business center with coworking spaces and conference room, event space, barbecue grill, outdoor lounge with fire pits, and dog park.
The complex is slated to be complete in June 2025.
