SAN ANTONIO – Bella Vida at La Cantera is slated for 21 acres along I-10 north of Loop 1604, near the La Cantera Resort & Spa, Eilan Hotel and Spa, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
The senior-living community will have more than 150 independent-living apartment homes and 40 villas with attached garages. Floor plans will range from 820 to 2,550 sf.
Amenities will include a salon and spa, fitness center, sports courts, casual fine dining, indoor swimming pool, walking trail, and wellness programming.
Bella Vida at La Cantera will have various levels of assisted living as well as memory care.
