The seven-story, 242,000-sf Southstone Yards office building was constructed with mass timber beams and is the first and largest mass timber office building in North Texas. Developer Crow Holdings plans to complete it by the end of the year.

The project is on the north side of SH 121, west of the Dallas North Tollway.

Structure Tone and SmartLam North America are the building contractors.
