HOUSTON – Broadshore Capital Partners will renovate Eldrige Oaks, a 14-story, 349,190-sf office building at 1080 Eldridge Pkwy.
The renovation will update outdoor amenities and upgrade the first- and second-floor lobbies, conference center, and on-site food services.
Common spaces will also be upgraded, and a tenant lounge will be added.
IA Interior Architects and OJB designed the project.
