DALLAS – Plans for two high-rise towers are being finalized near Highland Park. One is residential and one is office space.
Located at 5115 McKinney Ave., the first tower, The English, will be 20 stories and 368,000 sf. Construction will begin in early 2024 and finish in 2026.
The office tower, The Ivy, will be 200,000 sf and sit across from The English.
Woods Capital is developing both towers, each costing $70 million. The English will be designed by WDG Architecture, and The Ivy will be designed by the Beck Group.
