FARMERS BRANCH – A 1.2 million-sf project, formerly a Tuesday Morning distribution campus, will be redeveloped and renamed Inbound.
The campus sits on 47 acres on Inwood Rd. and Beltwood Pkwy. and includes six office-warehouse buildings. It will have the option for multiple tenants.
The property is owned by Pennybacker Capital Management and M2G Ventures, who are working with Lee and Associates and Rich Young Co. on the redevelopment.
