DALLAS – A 40-year-old apartment complex has been acquired by Brazos Residential.
The Thread has 606 one- and two-bedroom units. Northmark arranged the sale and acquisition financing.
The apartments were built in three phases between 1969 and 1978.
This is Brazos Residential’s 16th acquisition since its inception in 2022.
