RED OAK – Compass Datacenters’ 500-acre data center campus will soon include a new plant for a France-based energy management company.
Schneider Electric is building a 110,000-sf plant on the campus near I-35E. It will employ 100 workers.
The plant will produce modular data center components and pre-engineered, prefabricated equipment for Compass and Schneider’s nationwide customers.
Compass Datacenters operates in nine U.S. markets as well as Canada and Europe.
Schneider Electric also has operations in Carrollton and is planning a $100 million plant in El Paso.
