DALLAS – A record number of new homes were sold last spring in the DFW area, according to Residential Strategies.
At 14,397, home sales from April through June were up 4.7 percent from the same period last year.
Construction slowed in mid 2022 in response to less demand, but it has started picking up again with 14,795 home starts in North Texas in 2Q2023.
