FORT WORTH – The Cultural District’s first luxury hotel will open in September as a new mixed-use development’s first phase.
The five-story Crescent Hotel will have 200 rooms, 12 of which are luxury suites; restaurants and bars; and 14,000 sf of event space across ten indoor and outdoor venues, as well as an 8,000-sf courtyard with a climate-controlled tent.
Crescent Real Estate LLC is the developer, and OZ Architecture designed the hotel. Rottet Studio led interior design.
The hotel is a part of The Crescent’s mixed-use development. The project will include 170,000 sf of office space and 170 luxury apartments.
