DENTON – A new $51 million multifamily project at 1710 Northstar Rd. will break ground at the end of the year.
The 360,000-sf Birchway Denton Phase 3 will have 336 units, clubhouse, and swimming pool. It will open in 2025.
The project is associated with Greystar Real Estate Partners. It is the second of its name, with Birchway Denton Phase 2A having begun construction last year.
