79-acre residential development planned for Lewisville

LEWISVILLE – Corson Cramer Development (CCD) ​​will​ begin land development for a ​​​new residential community starting in September or October.

The 79-acre development will be split into two districts called The Enclave of Lakewood Village and The Arbors of Lakewood Village. The Enclave will have 68 50-ft-wide lots starting at $500,000, and The Arbors will have 60 homes on a third of an acre and 18 half-acre lots ranging from $800,000 to $1.5 million. It will also include an elementary school, nature trail, and town hall complex with a public park.

The project is east of the Lewisville Lake Toll Bridge along Eldorado Pkwy. The first homes will be finished by summer 2025.

Builders will include American Legend, Perry Homes, and Olivia Clarke Homes.

CCD is also developing South Oak with 520 homes on the other side of Eldorado Pkwy.​
