AUSTIN – Toronto-based Brookfield Properties will construct five buildings totaling more than 313,000 sf at 6200 East Stassney Ln., according to plans filed with the city.
The development is planned for two tracts totaling a little more than 53 acres, with the proposed buildings ranging from about 30,000 sf to more than 87,000 sf.
The location is about a ten-minute drive from the airport and a 15-minute drive from the SH 130 toll road.
Atlanta-based Macgregor Associates is attached as building architect, while Kimley-Horn and Associates is listed as landscape architect, surveyor, and engineer.
