McKINNEY – A $48 million, five-acre rental community is being planned that will also include workforce housing units.
Located at 2656 Virginia Pkwy., the Palladium McKinney apartments will have 172 units, a resort swimming pool, fitness center, conference center, dog park, computer lounge, kid’s playroom, and clubroom.
The first units will be available in October 2024.
Palladium USA is the developer, and the designer is Cross Architects. The development is funded by $23 million in tax exempt bonds purchased by Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust. PNC Bank is also funding $19 million in equity. The land sale was arranged by Dynamic Commercial Real Estate and Craig International.
