PROSPER – The city’s iconic silos will become the focal point for a planned mixed-use development.
The 500-acre Gate of Prosper project will include residential and retail property.
It will have 1,000 apartments, single-family homes, and townhouses. The silos will be part of a park. The project is at Preston Rd. and US 380.
The developer is Blue Star Land, the firm owned by Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.
