MANOR – A new business park is attracting big businesses to the area. And that’s just the beginning.
Ryan Companies US Inc. has announced plans to add a new business park to Manor. The two-building business park, called Quarter Crossing, is expected to have more than 300,000 sf on a nearly 16-acre site.
Whole Foods Market Inc. will occupy the first building. The company plans to use the 132,000-sf building as a cold storage distribution facility.
Additionally, 262 acres of industrial space in Manor was sold to multibillion-dollar Chinese industrial laser business Han’s Laser Technology Group Co. Ltd.
Similarly, Silicon Valley logistics company, TransPak Inc., has plans to construct 280,000 sf of warehouse space.
