GARLAND – A data center will undergo expansion with two tenant improvement projects.
The projects will cost $25 million each. They will improve the existing buildings and add office space and equipment to data vaults.
The buildings will total 279,000 sf.
Work begins later this year and will end in 2024.
The facilities are connected to NTT Data.
