BOERNE – San Antonio developer Embrey has announced that the third installation in its built-to-rent Collection series will be in Boerne.
Collection at Boerne will have 214 units, each appearing as 2,000-sf homes with front doors on opposite sides of the building. However, the units will be duplexes, each unit ranging between 750 and 1,300 sf.
Rent is expected to be $1,600-$2,300 depending on unit size.
The project is backed by a $168 million private equity fund Embrey issued at the beginning of last year. The company stated its plans to put a total of $500 million worth of investments in single-family rentals across Texas by 2024.
Construction on the project is set to begin in June, with an approximate one-year turnaround.
