DALLAS – The downtown skyscraper at 1601 Elm St. will open to residents next month after redevelopment.
Eleven floors of the 50-story Santander Tower have been converted into luxury rental units called Peridot. The 228 units are one- and two-bedrooms and range from 700 to 1,300 sf.
The apartments will have a private swimming pool, dog park, tenant lounge spaces, fitness center, and two lobby restaurants, as well as access to guest rooms for visitors at the Mint House hotel on floors 49 and 50.
The redevelopment was led by Pacific Elm Properties and Mintwood Real Estate. Pacific Elm owns the tower. WDG Architecture, Swoon, The Studio, and TBG Partners also worked on the project. Gables Residential will manage the apartments.
