SUGAR LAND – The city has made plans for a second phase of improvements at Cullinan Park.
This phase includes the construction of 1.2 miles of trails made from concrete and decomposed granite, in addition to 30 head-in parking spaces along the park’s entry road and 45 spaces that will be nestled in the woods south of the restroom area.
The Cullinan Park Conservancy donated $90,000 to the Sugar Land City Council to fund the project.
