DALLAS – A new high-rise apartment tower is coming to Turtle Creek, replacing a 50-year-old condominium.
The $20 million, 1.6-acre property occupied by Wimbledon Place Condominiums will be turned into a 24-story, 180-unit apartment building.
Chicago-based Fifield Cos., who has projects totaling $7 billion in Chicago, Los Angeles, Denver, and Miami, bought the property at 3515 Brown St.
The designer is GFF. The sale was brokered by Avison Young.
The project will break ground late this year or in early 2024.
