AUSTIN – Central Health has purchased a three-building, 116,000-sf office complex at 7901 Cameron Rd. known collectively as Cameron Center.
This is one of the largest office sales in recent months in Austin. The property sold for $14.4 million to Central Health.
Central Health will use the space to serve patients in its Medical Access Program with clinics, pharmacy services, and a short-term detoxification center. It will also house 50 respite care beds for people experiencing homelessness.
St. Croix Realty Advisors represented the sellers, 11th and Grand LLC and Cross Creek of Texas Ltd. The property will be managed by Kalantari Group.
