McKINNEY – Trinsic Residential Group will begin work later this year on phase two of its 414,366-sf Aura 3Twenty apartment community.
The $35 million complex will have 12 buildings, resort-style pool, clubroom, fitness center, and business center. It will open in 2025.
The 11-acre development is on Stacy Rd., north of SH 121.
Womack + Hampton Architects designed the complex.
