New York investor to rejuvenate 1970s Austin apartments

​​​​AUSTIN – A private equity firm with offices in New York and Houston has purchased The Park at Crestview, a 248-unit apartment complex.

Built in 1970, the property consists of 37 two-story buildings on a 13-acre site. Residences come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. 

Amenities include a pool, playground, and dog park. 

Rosewood Realty Group represented both the buyer, Nord Group, and the seller, Nitya Capital. ​
