DENTON – Florida-based Landmark Cos. is developing a $63.3 million apartment community on FM 2161 near I-35E. The first phase is set to finish in early 2024.
The Arden at Corinth will have 268 units across two three-story buildings. It will also have 28 two-story townhomes and a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and dog park.
Construction is financed by a New York debt fund. Landmark has built 6,300 rental units across Texas, Florida, and Colorado.
