THE WOODLANDS – Howard Hughes Corp. has announced leases totaling 133,948 sf at 9950 Woodloch Forrest Tower, bringing the building to 83 percent occupancy.
Kodiak Gas Services, represented by Avison Young, leased 53,060 sf across two floors for the relocation of its headquarters from Montgomery.
Kraton Corp, represented by Newmark, leased 27,179 sf to relocate from north Houston.
US Oncology, represented by Fischer, leased 26,530 sf to relocate from nearby 10101 Woodloch Forest.
Western Midstream Partners, represented by Cushman & Wakefield, leased an additional full floor with 27,179 sf.
Colliers represented Hughes in the lease transactions.
The building has a two-story fitness center with basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts, and a 33,000-sf rooftop terrace.
