SAN MARCOS – WGC Partners is developing Fortuna Apartments, a $62 million apartment complex with over 14 three-story buildings, attached parking garages, and a clubhouse amenity building.
The complex will total 337,588 sf. Construction begins Aug. 1.
WGC Partners has developed The Estates at Canyon Ridge in San Antonio and Noble 2500, a Class A student-living property near the University of Texas at Austin campus.
