DALLAS – A new apartment community near Deep Ellum plans to rent out micro apartments.
The Bloc House project will have 72 units with 350-800-sf apartments. There will be a central courtyard, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The building will be on 1.3 acres at 4615 Willow St.
Parscale Group and Kollaja Architecture are the designers. Ridge Pointe Commercial Estate arranged the purchase.
