DALLAS – The Bridge Labs project, Pegasus Park, is getting a $110 million expansion.
The 26-acre complex will add 135,000 sf and have renovations to an existing two-story building and demolition and reconstruction of a second two-story building, as well as new laboratory amenities, shared spaces, and prebuilt lab suites. It will be complete in mid-2024.
The city council awarded $8 million in incentives, including a $3 million economic development grant and $4.77 million in property tax abatements over ten years.
Montgomery Street Partners and J. Small Investments are the developers. Perkins & Will is the architect.
