ADDISON – JPI has begun construction on a three-acre apartment complex.
Jefferson Addison Heights will have 290 units, a clubhouse with a game room, fitness center, and resort-style pool, as well as private roof decks for fourth-floor units.
Leasing begins in October 2024.
JPI has 9,000 apartments in development nationwide, including a 450-unit rental community in Grand Prairie.
