HOUSTON – Trimont has sold the Vue on MacGregor, a 347-bed student housing community near the University of Houston at 4460 S. MacGregor Way.
Built in 2014, the community has one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units that were 96 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Amenities include study rooms, pool, two fitness centers, business center, and dog park.
JLL represented the seller and procured the buyer, Axonic Properties.
