HOUSTON – Meritage Homes is developing McClendon Park Village, a 122 detached townhome community on 14 acres just northwest of the intersection of SH 6 and the Westpark Tollway.
All homes in the gated community will be on 28-ft by 80-ft lots and range from 1,436 to 2,047 sf on two floors.
There will be seven floor plans with three or four bedrooms and up to two-and-a-half bathrooms as well as a two-car garage.
Meritage Homes will start with between 20 and 30 homes, then build more as those sell. The homes will be priced in the high $200,000s.
Construction has already begun, and the community is expected to open this fall. The project is slated for completion in the next one to two years.
