PLANO – Haggard Enterprises Ltd. and Stillwater Capital will begin developing a 189,000-sf mixed-use project this summer on farmland the Haggard family has owned since the mid 1880s.
The $20 million project will have a central food and entertainment center, 700,000 sf of offices, 700 multifamily units, 98-room hotel, retail village, senior housing community, townhomes, and two dozen acres of parks and open space.
The initial phase will have the three-story Haggard Farm Tillage Offices designed by Corgan. It will also have a parking garage.
It will be on Spring Creek Pkwy., east of the Dallas North Tollway, and open at the end of 2024.
