HOUSTON – Clay Development has started construction of Main Central I, a 523,640-sf distribution center at the intersection of South Main/SH 90 and the Fort Bend Toll Road.
Situated on a 33.4-acre site, the development will have a cross-dock configuration, 36-ft clear heights, parking for 151 trailers and 109 employee vehicles, and an ESFR Sprinkler system.
Cushman & Wakefield will assist with internal marketing and leasing.
Completion is scheduled for third quarter 2023.
