HOUSTON – MetroNational has wrapped up a $25 million renovation of Memorial City Plazas, a three-building complex in Memorial City, a 265-acre planned development.
The complex has the 12-story One Memorial Plaza at 800 Gessner Rd., the 18-story Two Memorial Plaza at 820 Gessner Rd., and the 14-story Three Memorial Plaza at 840 Gessner Rd.
The renovations provided modern updates to the towers, which were originally developed in the 1980s and 1990s.
The updates to all three buildings included such interior and exterior improvements as a new fitness center, full-service conference center and meeting rooms, touchless technology with card key access, 24-hour security, and air-conditioned skywalks connecting all three towers and parking garages.
MetroNational also added The Porch, a covered, outdoor dining patio designed to serve as a hub for business meetings and networking opportunities, and opened new green spaces, adding to existing outdoor areas.
The renovation project broke ground in February 2022.
