HOUSTON – Quannah Partners has acquired 10.7 acres at 6311 Rankin Rd. for a 152,000-sf Class A spec building.
The single front-load, shallow-bay warehouse will have 32-ft clear height; Early Suppression, Fast Response sprinklers; 30 dock-high doors; energy-efficient roofing and window materials; and a 185-ft truck court, including 39 trailer parks and security fencing with access gates.
The building will accommodate tenants requiring 50,000-152,000 sf.
