FRISCO – A Universal Studios theme park is planned for the Fields development.
The $550 million project will have four or five “lands” themed around characters and films; rides; shows; restaurants; shops; and a 300-room hotel.
Gensler is the designer.
The Fields is a 2,500-acre project along the Dallas North Tollway.
