THE COLONY – An immersive entertainment venue is breaking ground at Grandscape.
The 65,000-sf Cosm will have an 87-ft-diameter LED dome and an outdoor deck. Planned displays include art exhibitions, experimental content, and live sports and entertainment.
HKS designed the venue, which will open in fall 2024.
