FERRIS – Plans for a glass manufacturing plant are underway.
The 80,000-sf facility will bring at least 50 jobs. It will be in the 700 block of I-45.
The building will be owned by Contemporary Glass Tempering LLC, who already has plants in Houston and New Braunfels.
