DALLAS – A 65-year-old downtown high-rise is being turned into apartments.
The 187,000-sf office building at 211 N. Ervay St. will be converted into 238 rental units.
Construction starts this summer and will be finished in 18 months.
The tower was built in 1958 by Leo Corrigan and designed by Thomas Stanley. It is one of several older office buildings being converted by owner Kenny Wolfe.
