DALLAS – Renovations to the 250-unit affordable housing complex, Fairway Village Apartments, have been completed.
The $19 million renovation includes new roofs, paint, parking lot pavement, sidewalks, and perimeter fencing, as well as upgraded heating and air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems. Interior improvements include updated kitchens, bathrooms, floors, doors, windows, and fixtures.
A new community building with a kitchen, computer lab, playground, and pavilion was also finished, as were renovations to the leasing and management office.
Built in 1969, the property is owned by Monroe Group and Steel Properties. Benton Design Group was the architect. KeyBank provided financing. Construction was done by FTK Construction Services.
