TOMBALL – HistoryMaker Homes has begun construction on Seven Oaks Townhomes off Holderrieth Rd.
The development will have 141 townhomes as well as a playground, covered pavilion with a barbecue pit, two dog parks, pond, and walking trail with workout stations.
Construction on amenities and the landscape and hardscape is underway.
