DALLAS – Significant renovations are being made to the 55-story former Chase Tower.
The 1.25 million-sf building at 2200 Ross Ave. will be renamed Dallas Arts Tower. It will include an art gallery, restaurants, and a cafe. Construction begins this summer, and the lobby and restaurants will be complete in summer 2024.
Owner Fortis Property is working with Stream Realty Partners to oversee renovations. Entos Design and 75 Degree Design Studio are also involved.
