HOUSTON – Woodbranch Investments is converting a dozen residences in Market Square Tower to hotel rooms and transforming some of its amenity spaces into publicly rentable event space.
The 12 fully furnished hotel rooms can be booked by the public on a short-term basis.
Public rentals will include a 200-guest grand ballroom, bar, catering kitchen, and dance floor that are connected to a terrace flanked in palm trees. An outdoor kitchen and artificial turf for lawn games will also be available.
A sky lounge with a full-service bar, private dining areas, and a patio overlooking the downtown skyline will be available to rent. The glass sky pool will be available to rent on a limited basis.
