HOUSTON – Fugro has signed a 75,000-sf lease in Republic Square, a 35-acre office campus at 13501 Katy Fwy.
The four-story, 325,000-sf building completed two years of renovations with future plans for office space, apartments, retail space, and boutique hotel.
Fugro plans to make the move at the end of the year after building out the new office space.
Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Houston EC Development LLC, while Moody Rambin and Colliers International represented the tenant.
