FRISCO – The first phase of development will soon begin on a new, 175-acre, mixed-use project.
North Fields will have 620 apartments in the initial phase. It will eventually also have office, retail, and commercial buildings.
The project is part of Fields, a $10 billion development that will have 14,000 homes and apartments as well as commercial space.
JHP architecture is the designer. JPMorgan Chase financed $73.75 million for construction.
