ROUND ROCK – Adolfson & Peterson Construction has started construction on a 465,786-sf, Class A industrial development at 2380 Oakmont Rd.
IDI Logistics’ Sunrise Commerce Center will have five speculative buildings constructed in two phases. The first phase is slated for completion in fall 2023.
Phase one will have three buildings with rear load capabilities, LED lighting, ESFR fire sprinklers, and build-to-suit office space.
The 175,170-sf Building A will have 36-foot clear heights, and the 59,274-sf Building B and 76,245-sf Building C will both have 32-foot clear heights.
