AUSTIN – Texas continues to experience tremendous population growth, including from other countries. However, the source of that international growth has shifted.
For example, in celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, the Texas Demographic Center has provided the following chart illustrating the increase in the number of people immigrating to Texas from Asian countries over the past few decades.
