IRVINE, CA. (ATTOM) – An ATTOM analysis of single-family homes and condo sales over the past 12 years (from 2011-2022), shows that May, June, and April offer seller premiums of 10 percent or more above market value – with the top 16 best days to sell in the month of May alone.
The chart illustrates the top three best months to sell a home with the greatest seller premiums above market value. Those months and premiums include: May (12.8 percent seller premium); June (10.7 percent seller premium); and April (10.3 percent seller premium).
